KC Data Communications provides professional structured cabling installation and network infrastructure services throughout Central Texas. We specialize in Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A installations, fiber optic backbone cabling, and complete network buildouts.
Our services include ethernet drops, patch panel installation, cable termination and testing, rack installation, MDF/IDF buildouts, and comprehensive labeling and documentation. We also provide cabling for wireless access points, IP cameras, and access control systems.
Serving offices, residential properties, apartments, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and retail locations, we deliver quality installations with proper testing, certification, and documentation for every project.
Founder Experience
Built on years of hands-on expertise in structured cabling
The founder of KC Data Communications brings over five years of hands-on experience facilitating structured cabling and network infrastructure deployments across commercial, industrial, and residential environments throughout Central Texas.
Prior to establishing KC Data Communications, the founder contributed to major network infrastructure projects while working as an independent contractor and employee for various organizations. This background includes work on large-scale office buildouts, manufacturing facility networks, multi-family residential properties, data center installations, and warehouse distribution systems.
During this time, the founder gained extensive expertise in Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A cabling, fiber optic installations, MDF/IDF buildouts, wireless infrastructure, and IP camera systems. This foundation of practical experience across diverse project types and environments now drives the professional service standards at KC Data Communications.
Representative Infrastructure Experience
- •Large office network infrastructure installation supporting over 1,000 workstations at Apple's Capstone office building in Austin, Texas

These projects were completed while working as an employee or independent contractor prior to the launch of KC Data Communications.
